The atomization disinfection robot adopts the method of chemical disinfection. The UV ultraviolet disinfection robot sterilizes the area through the light wave of ultraviolet 254 nanometer ultraviolet wavelength, and the killing effect is very thorough.
It is reported that the disinfection robot is favored by the organizing committee because of its convenient and easy-to-operate characteristics that only need to add disinfectant in advance every day, and it can start the disinfection task at the set time.
2. Collection of ambient aerosols
Make "nucleic acid" for the air of the venue
In the venue of the Capital Gymnasium, 6 bioaerosol new coronavirus monitoring points are continuously performing "nucleic acid testing" on the air. We learned that this is the latest application technology jointly developed by researchers from Tsinghua University, Peking University and other researchers who took 8 months to urgently tackle key problems.
The diameter of the aerosol is less than 100 microns, the transmission distance is more than 1 meter, and it can be directly inhaled into the lungs. It is one of the important transmission routes of the new coronavirus. According to the project leader, the volume of aerosol samples in the air is large, but the viral load is relatively low, which requires very sensitive detection methods.
It is reported that the bio-aerosol new coronavirus nucleic acid monitoring system consists of a portable aerosol collector and an integrated high-sensitivity new coronavirus nucleic acid detector. Among them, the aerosol collector is small and lightweight, suitable for use in small confined spaces such as warm-up rooms and referee rooms. After the instrument is turned on, an air cyclone is guided into the collection tube at a flow rate of more than 400 liters per minute, and particulate matter such as aerosols in the air will be thrown into the collection tube. The collection tube contains 4 ml of virus inactivation solution. Once the aerosol contains virus, it will be inactivated to ensure the safety of sampling and subsequent testing personnel.
The testing personnel regularly take out the concentrated solution in the collection tube, transfer it into the sample tube, and then put it into the chip cartridge, and put it in the new coronavirus nucleic acid detector for testing. "Although the curve of the negative sample will fluctuate slightly, it is basically flat, while the curve of the positive sample will rise in an S shape, which is clearly distinguishable from the negative sample." The project leader introduced that the detector uses a microfluidic platform combined with a new type of Nucleic acid extraction and amplification technology makes the detection sensitivity of the new coronavirus 10 times higher than that of conventional methods.
During the Beijing Winter Olympics, more than 100 sample collectors will be "on duty" in multiple venues of the Winter Olympics, and multiple detectors will also be installed at the temporary testing station. The whole process from sampling to receiving and transporting to testing results will take no more than 4 hours. "If weak positive or positive samples are found in the test, the laboratory will immediately communicate with the epidemic prevention department and start a series of epidemic prevention processes such as environmental disinfection and personnel detection and tracking as soon as possible."
